A Little Byte Slaves History

Byte Slaves Computing was born in February 2001 out of one man's frustration with the lack of technical support available to the average person. For those in the corporate world there was always an IT department to call upon when things went wrong. The rest of us had to rely on friends and family at best, untrained or indifferent sales and support people at worst. It became obvious that a company with well-trained technicians who truly care about customer service was needed.
Since 2001 Byte Slaves has helped more than 1,000 customers resolve technology issues quickly. Byte Slaves provides valuabe products and services to both individuals and businesses needing assistance with computers and technology. We strive to provide our clients with the most effective and efficient solutions to the issues faced in today's technology arena.

Since founding Byte Slaves Computing in 2001, Sven Mogelgaard has been actively involved in promoting small businesses through participation in local Chambers of Commerce as well as networking groups and volunteer organizations. Sven currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce and the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce.  Sven also contributes his time to organizations that benefit the community, especially those that help children and people with disabilities.
CFO and Silent Partner.  Donna Mogelgaard is often the voice of sanity and reason when things get crazy.  Since she's not involved in the day-to-day running of the business she can keep a more objective eye on the things.  She provides insight, she plays cheerleader and she helps out with anything she can. Mostly she provides moral support and a non-technical perspective to the company's product offerings and marketing efforts.

Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends
