I had struggled for several days with a critically low space on my hard drive. In spite of my efforts with the usual disk clean up and removing of a number of files, I was unable to retain more than 500 MB of space on my hard drive. A friend referred me to Byte Slaves, an onsite computer service. Sven responded to my call immediately and we set up a time for him to assist. At the agreed upon time, I contacted him by phone. He logged in remotely to my computer and rapidly determined there was a backup program set up to save files to disk. He quickly resolved the problem and then performed a very basic tune up. He also helped me recover files I thought I had lost. Throughout the process, Sven was instructive and extremely patient. I was very pleased with his work.

Computers are kind of like cars--we take them for granted until they break down and we have to try to be without them. Not fun!
